HYDERABAD: Launching a new offensive against the Centre, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said on Saturday he had a list of the corruption of BJP government ministers and pledged to expose them at the appropriate time.
What surprised many a Saturday was that KCR turned the tables on the alleged corruption of BJP ministers. Because it is always BJP National Chairman JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other leaders of various states and Telangana who often accuse KCR and his family of indulging to endemic corruption.
Shah, during a visit to Hyderabad last December, even called on Telangana BJP leaders to expose KCR’s “corrupt acts” ahead of the 2023 parliamentary elections.
Addressing a public meeting in Raigiri in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, the CM said he would explain to people in the language they understand the corruption of BJP ministers.
“Not just Telangana, I will go to various places in the country to explain BJP corruption in Hindi, Urdu, English and whatever language people understand. Prime Minister Narendra Modi should understand that no one is permanent and that arrogance is not good,” KCR said. “Recently, I spoke to Mamata Banerjee (West Bengal CM), Uddhav Thackeray (Maharashtra CM) and MK Stalin (Tamil Nadu CM). I am not afraid of threats from Modi and BJP leaders,” a- he declared. Addressing the BJP leaders, KCR said: “The saffron party leaders called me a drop in the ocean. If I am a drop, why are they so scared of me.”
